STRAWBERRY SHERBET

  

Strawberry Sherbet

2 pints strawberries -- hulled
1 tablespoon black cherry concentrate
3 tablespoons lemon juice
fresh mint

Serves 4 to 6

Blend together the strawberries, black cherry concentrate, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor until smooth. Freeze in a sorbettier or ice cream freezer. Garnish with fresh mint.
