Low fat banana and strawberry "Ice
1 banana for each person.
1/2 cup of strawberries for each person.
1tbsp crystallized (candied) ginger for each person.
Slice fruit, retain 1 strawberry per person for garnish. Freeze bits
overnight in plastic bag. Chop ginger finely. Remove from freezer
and blend all the ingredients until they have the consistency of
