Ice Cream with evaporated milk Recipe
Put in saucepan 1 cup strong
black coffee
infusion, 1/2 cup sugar and 1
teaspoon gelatin.
Heat until gelatin is
dissolved, strain, cool in
refrigerator and beat until
very light. Scald 1 cup
evaporated milk. Chill and
beat until very light
and gradually beat into the
coffee mixture. Turn
into refrigerator pan and
freeze. |
